The mystery guest program will be conducted by a team independent of the hotel inspectors.
Criteria relating to measurements of selling, reservations and call services will be conducted independently of the mystery guest program of the overnight stay.
The mystery guest will stay at the Hotel for one night to conduct the program and will be performed as it happens in real time. The mystery guest score sheet will show results for each hotel, including a breakdown by service areas and overall hotel score.
A written report will be provided on the general impressions of all service levels the hotel.
At the end of the mystery guest stay, the report will be included as an attachment to the inspection report and will be submitted to the Commissioner at the Ministry of Tourism.
